We make our own baby food BECAUSE of allergies (soy and wheat), so the day care rule seems weird. Anyway, baby has been eating solids for 3 months and the pedi approved meat. We're looking to introduce him to new flavor combinations, and this seems like a winner.

I'm sorry your preschool does this but there are so many food allergies now a days and also, the big store companies kinda pressure everyone, saying that theirs is the best and safest for all. Oh well, best of luck to you, your son sounds great and you sound like a happy/ awesome dad! Power to you!!!
