  • Nice vid buddy! I'm getting ready to do my 89 bronco soon except I wanna bed liner the top!

  • Could you please PM me and tell me what State and County that is??? Im looking to buy some land and that area looks AWESOME!!!

  • Nice job! Really enjoy your videos. You and your truck remind me of a good buddy from high school. You do a nice job of educating us, entertaining and just seem like a good dude. Best to you and please keep up the good work.

  • You might think about doing a 4bt conversion. Diesel will store 3x longer than gas and you can also burn bio fuel. Remember to stay away from micro circuitry in the event of EMP strike. Also, I would avise reading "One Second After" - a must read for all preppers.

  • hell yeah looks good

  • what did you pick it up for? im trying to find one.

oh, and i agree with you music statement.

  • how many cans of paint did it take to get the body covered?

    looks great!

  • drab olive is camo base bro! nice k5! painting my 95 cherokee camo at the moment =-p

  • Should blend well on the highway . Camo= Target . Be a greyman .

  • @Coverbuster Not camo but maybe you didn't see that..lol Sheep Dog here bro!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Dude bad ass truck but my problem is what's the gas milages lol

  • @halfhawk2012 Yeah the gas mileage is not that bad but not that good either..lol Thanks for watching

  • @EastCoastPrepper ya i got a 1994 jeep Cherokee it gets about 19 its a good little car lol.

  • @EastCoastPrepper You know, I look at it this way... You don't use your BOV for everyday use, it's being prepped for the day the SHTF, and that one moment, mileage doesn't matter, what's important is that it starts, it goes, and it's reliable, which the Blazer for sure is. It's no Cruising vehicle for long rides to the coffee shop. Don't worry about the mileage, just make sure it's strong, safe, and in good shape :)

    Just my 2 cents ;-)

Btw, your channel rocks, came from SouthernPrepper1

  • looking good (that pickup in the background looks sweet)....I plan to try to find an old suburban as a project vehicle one of these days, need to get some other stuff done first

  • awesome truck!

  • @MrLoiti100 thank you!

  • Very nice truck there, turned out looking good! I gotta ask, with the lift and all how does it drive? Rough ride?

I have a '76 K10 with 32's and no lift that rides real rough. Maybe it is worn out shocks, I am not sure yet.

  • @Bahurim It rides pretty good. I am driving it today. It don't ride like a new one but its not that bad. Thanks for watching...

  • looks good want to sale it?

  • @cjb4187 he just got it.

  • thumbs up for 4:02-4:06

  • The brand i like most is called "PAID FOR" LMAO

  • @bluebeest I know thats right... LMAO

  • Good looking paint job for just using spray bombs.

  • @FUBARPROTOCOL I was impressed with the way it turned out just using cans. It dried evenly and turned out nice. Thanks for watching...

  • lookin great man.

  • Thats kick ass!!! brother..i need help with my truck... so when you coming down!!! lol

  • @brooklynprepper Man if you need me I am there brother. You know that.. It would be up from were I am at.. lol

  • Look good! I think one of these with the 6.2 or a Bronco(I'm a Ford guy) with a 6.9 IDI or 4BT Cummins repower would be a great trail/bug out rig.

  • Now nephew why would you shoot me in the foot LMAO. I couldnt refuse it for the price. LMAO.

  • @bluebeest I would never shoot you in the foot uncle beest. I have a ford too.. I just dont have a motor in it so I would say it is a yard ornament.. lol JK, I have had some really nice ford trucks before....

  • They will be black. I am custom building a front bumper with a winch on it. Thanks

  • looks good are you leaving the bumpers chrome or painting them black as well?

  • I LOVE it great video. Ihave an explorer any advice.

  • @bluebeest Yeah get a chevy! Just kidding uncle beest... lol

  • Nice job, I think it looks great. I dont know about haveing the sticker on it tho... might draw unwanted attention. I need to get a surplus blazer with the 6.2 diesels like YP said. Again nice job and thanks for sharing... I need to start doing vids.

  • sounds great I liked the last video where I got to hear the sound just great.I guess your going to spray it a woodland ? Make sure its pre loaded so you can get out.But make sure you can get out look at all the back rodes and all drit roads and maybe felds you can drive though this is a must. I even have 14 foot long planks to cross smaller strems and rivers Ex-big gas tank and I carry 4 GI 5-liter gas Good luck and have fun with it!! Long live the USA freedom

  • very cool, coming right along

  • I don't blame you I love those older Blazers too, glad to hear it running well for ya:) Keep doing what your doing brother.

  • Love the decal brother, can I buy that for 1K? JK. Nice job even better it's a Chevy.

  • @minbound The decal was giving to me from a friend. As far as buying the k5 I don't think it will be for sale. I drove it to the city last night, drove around for about 3 hours and it did great. I have a fairly new truck and like the blazer better than the new one.. Thanks for watching...

  • Look`s good.

  • Looking good man. If you want something done "right" do it yourself.

  • Cool project man and I like the look a lot. Getting the balance between a vehicle that works for you in the real world and also a "just in case" vehicle is tough. I have been pricing military surplus blazers with the 6.2 diesels in them. I don't need "one" necessarily, but I like the idea of having a removable top for fun factor. I use to be really in to jeeps, but they are to small for the family now.

  • @Yankeeprepper I am the same way with jeeps. Had a few of those in my lifetime. This is just a project that I think will help out if the time comes for it. Thanks YP for watching...

  • I know Harbor Freight does have a Camouflage 12 Volt 3000 LB. Capacity Wireless Remote Controlled Portable Winch With Roller Fairlead on sale for 49.99 with the coupon. The reg. price is 99.99. The Blazer is looking great.

  • Looks a lot better! He may have not put enough hardner in the filler. Instead of replacing the whole quarter, I would just weld in a patch panel, on the bad spots, concidering the nature of the BOV. functionality is most important. Got to love a chevy, that is all I own! Good looking blazer, lookin forward to seeing more!

  • @jjaayypp963 I thought about it and patching will be what I will be doing. After all it is just a just in case vehicle. Thanks for watching...

  • Really nice work on that truck!

  • Looking good brother mount a winch on it and your good to go! And u picked the best brand gotta love the BOWTIE!!!!!!!!

  • @wncprepper If you like chevys see the video I just put on 68 chevy truck
