OK this is not meant to be an insult, Darth Maul was my favorite character in star wars, and this Ray guy is awesome no doubt, but I've trained in the art of Wushu (kung Fu) fo my whole life and honestly what he's doing is extremely basic, it's exercises with what we call the bow staff, forward figure eights and back figure eights, honestly one could learn how to do this in a day with confidence with the proper training.
