It sure does seem like the background vocals during the chorus are lip synched. At one point, the lead guitarist is playing a sole and its only Nancy and the keyboardist singing. Nancy doesn't even look like she's singing it either. She's smiling more than anything.

@brenthstn I'd agree with you, except that if you look, the drummer isn't wearing headphones, most lip-synching would require an exact count and the drummer doesn't appear to be following a metronome. That being said, this has always been one harmony that I was skeptical of during this particular show...but everything else is remarkable, I love seeing Nancy play the sh*t out of that rhythm and Ann...well nothing else needs to be said
