It is French. YOu're supposed to pronounce the 'ée' like the 'ay' in 'He sAYs'.

So for this one in particular for the purple shadow you pronounced the first word right but the second one should sound more like poop-ay. But in reality who cares! u are awesome! keep it up! ;0)

When applying eyeshadow, you can first apply primer to your from your lid to the brow bone (your entire eye area). Eye primer helps keep the shadow from fading or sliding off.

In addition to primer, you can use pigments, paint pots, shadesticks and paints as a base to go under your shadow to make the colors vibrant and pop. Use as much primer or base as you need to get the effect or look that you desire. You can also simply wear the painpots, shadesticks, pigments and paints by themselves and not apply any shadow.
