Liked the drawing and the person doing it is very young, so I think he's very talented , but its lacking fluidity to be a sketch and you can see his faint lines underneath so he hasn't really just come up with it, which is the point of sketching with the camera on, a bit like stand up comedy, it should be totally off the cuff. Otherwise what's the point? Plus he labors over it it too much and its sped up 5 or 6 times, so i think he's spent about 30 mins to 45, good but missing the point a bit.

Well, I'm not as good as him, and I'm sure you've heard this but the way I got better was just drawing more.

I remember for the logest time I wouldn't draw people because I could never get the proportions right, but when I'd try a few months later the people I would try to draw got better and easier to draw.

It's all about knowing your artistic media and practice.
