dont worry.....its people like them, who (due to these examples etc....) often are tthose we read about , when they go on closed trails, and later cause avalanche and later on find their bodies..... personally, im glad those 2 guys did jump off the lift for this video, and since nothing happen to them THIS TIME, they will be more likely to do it again, 'thinking' nothing will happen again, and in turn, their luck WILL run out, and soon we will be reading their stories in the mortuary...

@Red1676 its not the landing, its the reaction of the lift, look at the chair bounce at like 0:30, that can cause the cable to derail off the tower then the whole line drops off

@julianf0918 i live on eastern side of canada and the hill is right near the ocean, we get some strong winds off that. iv gone up were i cant see the next chair infront of me and being thrown around because of a bad snow storm. iv also been to alot of hills in canada and a couple of them allow you to jump off the chairs, some even go low enough, you can jump on landing ramps.

@Red1676 Yeah I've skied through some nasty storms that throw the chairs around, but not up and down... also, gimme some names buddy. A big part of the jumping off part is that the older, lighter chairs tend to bounce more, but resorts can't let skiers jump off only a few chairs, their rules have to be universal.
