Jon Berenthal, and Norman Reedus are the best actors on the show in my opinion, with the exception of Andrew Lincoln, Scott Wilson, and the late (DALE HORVATH) Jeffrey DeMunn. I think this is one of the best shows on T.V. to air in a long time.

I love how this show makes us generate feelings for every single one of the walking dead characters. Shane Killed otis to save CARL not himself. Andrea shot Daryl to show she can help the camp to. Each character is very important. I dont believe there is a bad living person in this show besides the zombies. Everyone is just trying to survive.

@ImMastaBaits Agreed. It's easy to say Shane is the bad guy, and while I don't necessarily agree with how he's doing things, he is doing it to protect the group and ensure survival. Nothing he's done has been entirely based on selfish reasons. He genuinely wants to keep the group safe.

I really love how the direction in the show adds a realistic approach to the character's development from the comics, and still manage to keep in the important events present on the show. Now we know Lori is pregnant to Shane's daughter, I think the direction after that will differ from the comics. But my only complaint is when in the is Andrea gonna be that badass sharpshooter we know. She's been kind of an annoying melodramatic character in the show. Bring in the comic version of Andrea soon!

Watched all of season 1, still don't feel any connections to any of the characters. Anyone else feel that way? Breaking Bad Season 1 Ep 1 was enough for me to be interested. I guess I'll just have to keep watching this. =|

I greatly enjoy that Rick still has his Cowboy Hat. It feels great to know. The wondering and waiting anxiety at the ending of Season 1 was really starting to tear me up especially since he had already lost and got it back in the Pilot and Vatos episodes of Season 1. As I have said I before I really enjoy wearing my Cowboy Hat constantly. When I see characters on television that have one I hope that they do not lose it or get it back if they do. I just hope he keeps throughout the entire series.
