obviously it is medical tape, who doesnt know that, and whoever thought that was a tattoo, then obviously you dont know how to tell the difference

it is kinesio tape. i use it in my practice daily for muscle strains, tendonitis, low back pain, headaches. Good stuff

the tape on her should is covering up a tattoo of a penis. she covered it up because it is highly inappropriate to show that on the Olympics TV and in public :P
