I would recommend an i5 2500k, you'll probably need a new motherboard. Your graphics card is fine, but probably more hard drive would be nice too. Go for solid state for your boot drive! I bet if you delete all the raw Fraps files you've ever made (and just have the backup mp4) then I'm sure you'll get MUCH more harddrive space back.
