  • BOEING PWNS AIRBUS! Like this if you agree.

  • They should have put stronger engines on the A340

  • Love the 340 sound

  • @ fachy198...

    Typical anti-American idiot. You're from Turkey, which i don't consider to be Europe. No wonder real Europeans don't want you guys in the EU.

  • guys please help me i am flying this year with turkish airlines from london to istanbul i have a choice of the a340 or b777 which one????

  • @CommonGamingx 777. its more comfortable. first plane I could actually have a nice nap on. :)

  • You guys should talk to pilots who actually fly these birds. They have the last word on how one plane is better than the other. My personal favorite is boeing. How many old Airbuses do you see flying around.

  • 777 is an rusted aircraft an copy of the 767. Boeing is still tinkering with its 60s, 70, and 80s classics. Airbus on the otherhand has taken aviation 20 years into the future.

  • I don't think your statement on the 777 is even close to correct based on designs and purposes...and what do you mean by Airbus taking aviation 20 years into the future? This should go to Boeing for introducing the new 787...They are the one that changes the standard for air traveling.

  • 747-8 is a cheap and boring replacement for the classic 747-400 series in my mind's eye. Boeing did not want to invest in an al new 747 replacement as it was as too risky a buisness venture. I applaud Airbus once again for taking the risk and pushing the envelope in terms of innovation and design. I think Airbus has pushed the aviation 20 years into the future whereas Boeing is still tinkering with a 1960s 747 design.

  • i dont see what you have against boeing.If you think about it, they are the ones who revolutionized flight by introducing the worlds fisrt double-decker plane.and if an airbus a380 was involved in an accident identical to a 747's, it would fail completely. imagine if japan airlines flight 123 was on an a380. the plane would have desintegrated in mid-air.

  • A380 will make air travel much cheaper than it is currently because all A380 makes more money than any other airliner that is currently in service. An A380 starts profit at 65% full capacity.

  • hold on a second! the Americans are commplaining about copying. They should check their own history of passenger plane first.

    Fokker F. VII=1924 FORD TRIOTOR=1926

    TRIDENT=1962, Copy by U,S. 727=1963

    BAC111=1963, Copy by U,S. DC9=1965

    A300=1972, copy by U.S 767=1982

    A330=1992, copy by U,S 777,1994

    from looking at this information up you can see what I mean!!!!!

  • @fachy1981 When did I ever complain about copying? Boeing invests in upgrading its 747 because the plane itself is already a successful piece, plus they still see profit it. I still don't see how Airbus "pushes aviation 20 years into the future". Airplanes from both companies aren't significantly different from each other until the 787 came out.

    Also, who doesn't copy others nowadays?

    It's always better to have competition; just like Airbus's A350 project in response to 787.

  • Boeing is 10 years behind Airbus. Airlines that use 747-400 will be looking to upgrade in the new future and it seems A380 is the most popular choice. Airlines don't just want another 747 derivitive. They want a completely new airliner.

    Now with the delays of 787 it seems A350will enter market 2-3 years after 787 which should make for an interesting market. A350 can also take advantage of building second making A350 with slightly better technologies than 787.

  • @fachy1981 Hahahaha, how is Boeing 10 years behind Airbus?

    I know that you're an Airbus's fan but come on...be accurate a little.

    Airbus hasn't produced any plane that comes close to the 787 technology yet. So far there have only computer graphic pictures of the A350. Even with the delays, there are still 840 orders in standing. It really means something there.

  • @fachy1981 they dont really want "future planes". they want a plane that will safely bring passengers from one airport to another and rake in the bucks. boeing aircraft are superb at this, and they come at a much more fair price than airbus. that a380 will be hard on the pockets of airline companies. thats why they prefer boeing aircraft

  • @fachy1981 Both aircraft manufacturers are excellent either way. They have to be inorder to be FAA certified for service. However the 787 will do far better than the A380 in terms of sales and there are already many Firm orders on the 747-8. Boeing might actually top airbus again as in being the worlds number 1 airplane maker.

  • @fachy1981 nice

  • @fachy1981 "A330=1992, copy by U,S 777,1994" The 777 is WORLDS apart from the a330. The engines are far bigger an the systems incorporated into the airplane are much different. the 777 didn't even have the a330 in it's sights. It was to fill the gap between the Boeing 767 and 747. Which it did. The airplane is a Massive success. Also the Americans pretty much invented aviation.

  • @EpiDemic117 Boeing 777 is nothing but cheap and boring replacement of the 1980a 767 design. I think Airbus has done better than Boeing by producing a great aircraft like A340 after A330 in terms of innovation and design whereas Boeing is still playing around with their old air crafts..

  • @fachy1981 "Boeing 777 is nothing but cheap and boring replacement of the 1980a 767 design." It's NOT cheap i can tell you that. At around 257 Million a pop it's a lot more expensive than the A340 but carries in better fuel efficiency as well as emissions. Most airliners chose the 777 over the A340 because of it's lower cost of maintenance, higher return in MPG per passenger and more power out of just those two engines alone which produce more thrust than the 4 engines out of the a340.

  • @fachy1981 "I think Airbus has done better than Boeing by producing a great aircraft like A340" I've been on an A340, it is a really smooth fly by wire airplane, and great for long range. However Boeing did their homework on the 777 and 787, So the ultimate opinion lies on the airline companies that operate both.

  • @fachy1981 You CANT be into the air industry unless you recognize both companies for their past and present achievements. In order to Be FAA certified both companies have to build products that are tested through the extremes. This insures airworthiness for long periods of time.

  • yeah i already did that and im already a fan like 2 months ago. thanks anyways....

  • yeah welcome

  • can i see the pics please?

  • ok do you have facebook??? if you have search the philippine airlines in the facebook and you will see but if you dont have ill just email it to you...the picsss

  • watch out for the brand new Philippine Airlines Boeing 777-300ER aircraft by the end of November.

  • hi bro i know that pal will recieved 777 on nov but bro have you seen the paintings of pal on 77w?? in a picif yuo wanna see the pic dont hesitate to ask me....ill show you where

  • @mutizen99 hi what is that painting of 777?can we see it pls?

  • pbatacan

  • 777 much better

  • here the fucking engines guys

  • singapore airlines is good as well but sumikat lang sila sa oinaka maraming destinasyon

  • i guess your wrong coz you said their destinations is so many pero parang impossible nman ata yun eeehhh ang kunti ng aircraft nila para magkaroun ng maraming destin as in 100 plus lang aircrafts nila tas ang lufthansa halos 500 ang aircraft so sa tingin ko mas maraming destinasyon ang luft kaysa sa sia and guro sumikat sila dahil sa sila yung worlds modern entertainment before tska best airport din noun and kaunaunahang nag karoun ng a380

  • ganda naman
