This video is amazin, i loved the jump at the beginning, i think if Brendan thought it was stupid and/or dangerous he wouldnt have done it, especially as he knows young people hu want to become more skilled at parkour mayb inspired by this video.

Parkour isnt about winning....Its about progressing as an individual or a group. To win inplies competative nature against others, parkour is the opposite, its competative nature within one's self.

Can I just say that the drops at the start were done by Brendon like 3 years ago and it was things like that which taught us what bad landings were and made us train safety from then on. Brendon is a big part of Norwich history and is composed entirely of win. I love the video and miss you dude.
