I remember I use to put this on the computer and put the song when I was little, but it didn't work, but the weirdest thing that i put the game on, and all the sudden I got few songs but not unlocked, but it was all songs that I just unlocked and without playing any songs. isn't it weird.

Extreme and Extreme 2 (US) were my favorites. I love all of the Naoki songs in both of them, like B4U, 1998, Memories, and Can't Stop Fallin' In Love. But I also like Max 2, because it has my favorite song ever on it- D2R. But X and X2 were also good, because they sad songs like SUNKiSS Drop, Venus, Dance Dance Revolution, Blind Justice, and a ton of other good ones. Not to mention SuperNOVA and SuperNOVA 2. UGGH TOO MANY DAMN GOOD DDR GAMES! :DD

This songlist is a mixed blessing. The bad side is we missed the amazing song list that is DDR Extreme JAP. But we got a good sort of revivals that JAP didn't get, and got an exclusive before JAP could have it. "Waiting For Tonight" but they eventually got it in Supernova 2.

@CowtaosClips This is the bright side. Japan never got some of the license revivals on their PS2 games (the DDR Solo licenses were semi-exclusive to DDR Solo 2000/Bass Mix). And some of the 4th mix KOs, like Do Me.

The weird side is that they got three Europe licenses (Wannabe by Spice Girls, Superstar by Jamelia, You Sexy Thing by Hot Chocolate) on their JP CS games.

DID YOU KNOW you can unlock MEMORIES by being in the main menu and pressing this code (right right right right up up up square left left down down down square square select)?

P.S. I believe it's also unlocked by completing all 100 missions. I fucking hate mission mode. mission mode is the cheapest ddr mode i've ever done. it WAS worth unlocking every song by completing all 100 of these missions.

can someone explain to me why konami never tried to create a DDR mix for the north american fans? you would think after the mainstream success with other mixes, using licensed american music (which they pay more for) they would go out on a limb and create an authentic mix using Konami originals, what the real fans want.

on ddr extreme, u have to get all notes on PERFECT or MARVELOUS, but then in SuperNova and the next DDR games u can get a AAA even if u have a GOOD, ALMOST or BOO notes, and also depends on your score, on SuperNova i think u need to get at least 990.000 points to get AAA.

I own this mix along with several others for PS2. Although not my favorite, this is a great mix. DDR's songlist didn't start going downhill until Supernova when 80% of the songs were liscened. The only thing I've always wondered is why did Konami change the theme to the DDR Festival (The Japanese DDR game with this theme) instead of the normal Extreme theme?

This looks like a pretty good mix in my opinion. I certainly wouldn't have minded having a lot of the songs there and the softer, more teal green is much nicer on the eyes than the more shaper bright green we Europeans got for Dancing Stage Fusion. All in all I would have been happy with this game.

OR On the Main Menu for DDR Extreme US, use a controller in port 2:
