hey bro, i have been keeping up with you this entire time, watched every one of your videos, and you can not give up. the more weight you lose, the harder it gets. for instance, i am 5'7" and weigh 150. if i were to try to lose some fat, i would set 4 lbs as my overall goal, for like a month, because it gets so hard to lose that last little bit of fat.
if you lose 4 lbs a week for a month, you will be below 200 lbs.
if you do it for two more months, you will be at 168 lbs. that is amazing.

yea, you only can lose so mugh weight so fast after a while it gets harder and harder...if you weight 260 and you lose 40 pounds in 3 weeks thats possible but to loose another 40 pounds in 3 weeks from 220 to 180 is gonna take more than a month so keep at it man!!!
@cregxy yeah haha. I guess i was hoping it would stay easy but the hard part is the next 30 pounds and I suppose I knew it would always be the hard part I just hoped it would never come. but I'll keep on trucking if you keep on believing in me :)
@cregxy thanks i try. I jog for 30 minutes a day everyday. I do boxing for an hour. BJJ for an hour and a half. I work out a body part for 20 minutes and I do MMA for like an hour
