Finally, a guy on a workout video who isn't annoying and seems sincere! Thanks for the advice--I've been working out a ton but haven't focused on strengthening my back. I'll try these!

Question, how many reps of each exercise would you recommend doing?
@scottishrosette try going for 12-15 reps of each exercise and if you really want to get fancy you can challenge yourself by doing each exercise for 1 minute!
Great video.. just what I was looking for.. I tend to loose lower body weight much faster than upper.. I was trying to find a way to get rid of gross back flab!

@rachaelannedonnelly not really - you may want to try them standing but bend your hips until your upper body is parallel with the floor.
