How do i disable a config? I added a movie one while watching back a demo to test it. and it worked, however now it's on permanently and the game looks bad as well as my camo's dont show :( someone help please?

@I360FXI You can name the config whatever before you put it in, it has to be called config_mp.cfg whilst in the CoD4 folders for the config to take effect. Or alternatively, you can keep it as any name and type /exec "namedcfg".cfg

@VepzaH Remove the file, and try again, if that doesn't work, try using another FPS config from BASHandSLASH or CFG.Factory.com and just follow the instructions again.

If that doesn't work, add my XFire - Pker9116, Skype - ChronicExe and I'll try talk you through it, and resort to teamviewer if need be.

@Nordefull Just delete the config you accidently placed, start CoD and enter a server, CoD will automatically recreate the default config.

Guys, if you can't see a players file then go into the search bar and type "Folder Options" then check the box that says hidden files

Next go to C:/user?(your user name)/appdata/local/internet games(something like that)/ activision/CoD4

It should be somewhere in there

I will be updating these videos as soon as I have time from work, aswell as new Config release with Skins :)

Shift, yitch3 is a good cfg for fps, but its not the best on bashandslash, use sanitys under pro configs. I've been using for a long time and its WAAAAY better for fps/visibility in my opinion
