  • Listening to this song made me decide to break up with my ex-girlfriend

  • wow, I havent seen this video HERE IN YOUR BEDROOM for ages. I freakin love it!!!!

  • It's to bad these guys turned into massive douches.

  • I only watch this video for the rude girls :p

  • @007dicktator What in God's name is wrong with you? I'm talking about dancing and you're talking about stabbing someone with your penis, which in real life cannot make someone bleed. In fact, you'd be the one to get injured. Do you sniff glue or something?

  • unfortunately the 90s are long gone..and bands that try to act like theyre 90s wil NEVER compare

  • Just a great well written fun ska/punk song!

  • I remember having to explain to people at my church that skanking has nothing to do with sex.

  • love the sabres jersey! (from buffalo)

  • Comment removed

  • Goldfinger's been my favorite band since I was in 5th grade. I'm in 10th grade.

Never got tired of any of their songs.

  • I love how classy ska type people are... i want sweet ass catholic schoolgirls skanking around me ;)

  • Did Anyone Noticed The "IIIIIII (EYE)" part at 2:43 ? LOL! Darrin is awesome haha

  • Every time I hear this song, I have this memory of when I was learning this song for bass at my older sisters house (who is about 10 years older than me), and she came in the room while the song was playing and sang along. I had no clue she was into ska until that day. I should have guessed she was into the awesome ska/punk of the 90's, because my first album i ever received was from her, and it was Green Day's Kerplunk album. My sister is so cool.

  • class song, slightly crappy lyrics but i love the key changes

  • Hey the drummer is wearing a Sabres jersey!!! GO SABRES!!

  • lmao 0:58

  • i have loved this song since high school

  • Fuckin' eh... ska in the 90's. Fuck those skanking girls were hot as hell!

  • WoW Hell Yeah! love Goldfinger. Listening to alot of Goldfinger, Hey You!, The Buzzcocks, The Offspring, No Doubt, and Blink-182. More punk in 2011 !!!

Hey You! is still pretty new, but they're waaaay dope. cute chick singer too. Pop/punk/rock with a real cool edge. you should check em out...

search "hey you band taking over"

  • @versagurlz88 You forgot Reel Big Fish! Another great band, and they've toured with Goldfinger many times! And they're due for a new album some time this year or next!

  • bass line kick ass!

  • I LOVE Goldfinger, but the lead singer, man, he reminds me of Draco Malfoy. :(

  • @midnightcomes Shouldn't it be the other way around? Seeing as this video came out first

  • @mrjiffypop100 it's a Vox.

  • takes me right back.....

  • Those 2 girls dancing around him are just so awkward hahaha

  • This is a good song, but damn I want to punch the singer in the face.

  • I miss the days when music was fun.

  • Now THAT'S a fucking music video!!

  • I notice a lack of pretentiousness in a lot of the 90s ska and punk bands.

    I miss that.

  • @ienjoyhoagies you notice correctly. it was about the music, the emotion, the scene, not individual marketing campaigns.

  • so many great memories.

  • search for "el siguiente programa intro"

  • 15 people won't wake up tomorrow

  • When this song came out I was a teenager and I swear I wanted to bang those 2 dancers badly.... especially the one in the brown skirt haha

ska-punk, best of the best, along with reel big fish and rancid

  • @freakcody334

  • I just noticed that this was the music video that plays in Tony Hawk 2, except the song is Superman

  • @Periwinkleton superman is in the first thps, and spokesman is in thps 3

  • @cobyblack

    Oh yeah, Tony Hawk 1.

I think the same level was in Tony Hawk 2, got confused.

  • @Periwinkleton well you can choose any track on any level, but whatever, I'm just happy that you like this kind of music, rock on! also it's cool that you played old thps games

  • Hell yeah, drummer is wearing a Buffalo Sabres jersey! Go Sabs!

  • The two girls skanking where probably just some skanks. pun intended

  • Gay ska.

  • Anyone in the uk wanna start a Punk Rock/Skate Punk/Pop Punk band influenced by bands like old blink-182, Fenix TX, old Sum 41, Allister, Screeching Weasel, Descendents, NOFX, The Offspring, old Green Day etc? Message? me!

  • I went to High school when I rocked out to this...I wonder if the name Goldfinger is a nod to the story of King Midas? Either way, this song is timeless.

  • God, please bring back the 90s

  • @Metman07 this isnt a 90's song

  • Their only hit!

  • @TheCottonTop superman, 99 red balloons, etc dont make me list them!

  • I love how John lets fans upload his music. He's such a cool dude.

  • who is the mod girl on the left??

  • Ahh, the days when you could be a blonde dude and sport spiky hair and a goatee to boot and it wasn't because you were trying to be ironic.

  • @plasterofparisify it’s not my band, just a band trying to gain some recognition and you wouldn’t know they're ‘shitty’ unless you had a listen, which I bet you haven’t

If you don't want the ad you can:

1 Click remove annotations button and it’ll disappear like magic

2 Buy the Best of Goldfinger CD and watch the DVD like any true fan

3 Don't tell me what to do with my videos and piss off to one of the other uploads of this song

I suggest option 3 and take your opinions with you

  • @cptpeg aw man, you cant by a best of album, that doesnt do the band any justice, you have to rock it to all of their shit, they deserve it

  • @pancakergood I have every CD Goldfinger have released and they all rock, although I'm not a big fan of Disconnection Notice. The best of CD is still worth the buy for the bonus tracks like Rio and the DVD containing all their videos

  • @plasterofparisify nice thumbs down...owned

  • released around 96-97

  • it came out in '96 after i got out of rehab.

  • what came first, valerie or here in your bedroom?

  • @jamahl valerie came first here in my bedroom

  • It's interesting that a shortened version of this video is dubbed with Superman (also by Goldfinger) when Superman appears on THPS1

  • kewl song

  • God Bless the mid-90's...

  • like maybe '94.

  • I always thought these dudes looked like a good time

  • There is no way this song was released in 2008

  • @Emanusmell it wasn't, it came out in 96

  • @Emanusmell especially because this video was put up in 07

  • @Emanusmell Facepalm. The video was uploaded in 2007.

  • @Emanusmell it wasnt, it was 06

  • @Emanusmell

it was uploaded in 2007 big hint

  • @Emanusmell noooo... i heard this in high school wich was late 90s... theyre a 90s band..

  • @Emanusmell the video is from 2007...

  • Can i have them two chicks dancing by the microphone?

  • Anyone else notice the Bad Religion sticker? :D

  • @ShadicNanaya510 That made me like these guys even more, somehow

  • Anyone else LOVE the girls twisting by the mic? Genius~!

  • I actually got it, it was Pietasters ; Out All Night

  • I miss the 90's.

  • Hoping you guys can help me find a song... same time period as this. Intro is similar except more ska sounding. Singer has a scratchy voice. The song got some radio play in either 97 or 98. I have been searching for an eternity. I don't know the words but I wanna say one of the lines is "There is a place I like to go" I'm thinking it was 1 hit wonder. at least as far as radio play goes. I know it's not the Bosstones, RBF or anybody very popular.

  • @GregthaBunny Would it be:

Just Another Sunny Day In California by End of Part One

  • @GregthaBunny Not sure if it is but I know that line is in the song

  • @GregthaBunny Scrap that the album containing this song didn't come out until 2008 so it wouldn't have been on the radio back in 97/98

  • @cptpeg i bet the song just traveled back in time, cuz goldfinger rocked it so hard.

  • @GregthaBunny "San Simeon"

  • @GregthaBunny google the lyrics u remember that usally works

  • @GregthaBunny are you thinking of rancid if so the the song is ruby soho

  • @GregthaBunny I think your thinkin of Superman by goldfinger its sounds kinda like this one

  • @GregthaBunny Buck-O-Nine "My Town"

  • I swear, being a bassist when there's music to play like this, its just indescribable!!

  • Are there no other Goldfinger videos out there? I have been searching, what about Skeletons, that song was the sh*t?

  • @mezeyful Goldfinger have at least 10 music videos, I know they have videos for: Here in Your Bedroom, Only a Day, Mable, This Lonely Place, More Today Than Yesterday, Counting the Days, 99 Red Ballons, Open Your Eyes, Spokesman, Wasted, One More Time. I have every Goldfinger CD released and I don't remember a song called Skeletons, you sure it's not Answers you're thinking of, they mention skeletons in that.
  • @cptpeg You are right, it's "Answers" that I've been looking for, I f-ing love that song. My bro put me on Goldfinger 15 yrs. ago when he and his high school buddies tried to start a band and I fell in love! I was lucky enough to see them live once! Thanks for the info :)

  • God, such good shit. What happened to the good days when music actually rocked?

  • @LivnCyn goddamn right, I know EXACTLY how you feel. Goldfinger always brings back the good rock music of the 90's to me.

  • This song rocks! I love John's Bad Religion sticker too. I miss good music too!

  • i need to go back to the 90's. everything was just so much better.

  • is this supposed to be a tribute to mirror in the bathroom? b/c it reminds me of that song a lot

  • These guys rock I've seen them 3 times bad ass. Check out some of my stuff you will love some and hate some.

  • this song & 'counting the days'....just fucking awesome. XD I love how they have so much energy jumping around like that, it makes rocking out so much more fun!

  • The 90's NEVER FORGET!

  • Tema oficial de "El Siguiente Programa", conducido magistralmente por Santiago Moure y Martín de Francisco (Te amo, Mártin)

♫ Desde pequeños hemos sido perezosos. Mirando la Tele, paraíso de ociosos♫

  • i saw these guys when i was a senior in high school i'm in philly at the TLA it was an unreal show im 28 now and it brings back sweet memories

  • Rock out! <3

  • Comment removed

  • Green Day meets The Police, meets polka varieties. Heh...

  • Classic!!! Too many pu**ies out on MTV anymore. These were the dayz. Just rockin out.....

  • What happened to music? Now it just sucks.... THIS is where it's at

  • I blast this song in my car everytime i hear cause its just that kind of song where u just wanna rock out and go crazy.

  • I saw this video on MTV back in the day, and searched EVERYWHERE looking for the artist. This was before lyrics and everything were easily googled like they are now. I finally heard a riff on the radio and bought the album. Its been one of my all time favorites ever since. And goldfinger one of my favorite bands.

  • I love this song but the video makes me laugh every time because he sucks at dancing

  • only watch this to check out the mod chick, left of the singer

  • awesome song, but i don't know about the video.

  • i agree with you man!!!!

  • Chippewa mid/late 90s comes to mind when i hear this. Seems like another lifetime ago lol

  • SIMON!!

  • ooh nostalgia. love it.

  • Sabres jersey!!

  • @jaked89 Darren from Zero Tolerance. Buffalo hardcore band from the late 80's, early 90's. Used to brutalize kids like me in the pit at River Rock Cafe on Niagara at Hertel....

  • aww memories of high school.

  • i knew emenim was a copy cat look who he got his hair do from

  • i miss when ska was popular..

  • @crackyemo i sure dont.

  • saw these guys live wit no doubt in Van City when this wasnt even in stores yet...fuckin awesome concert...

  • People who forgot about this song are the ones who dont know shit but shit music.

  • Is this a different singer? The singer in songs like Spokesman and Superman looks different from this one.

  • Nope, same guy! Its John Feldmann but he has had some crazy styles over the years!

  • Everytime I try to sing this song I always accidentally say "cuz I fill steel the same"

  • good band. bad video.

  • He reminds me of Nick Hexum from 311 lol

  • some classy shit right there

  • @Poolerirish yes yes, with that fancy hat, and cane that you spin to the beat, then throw the top hat out into the crowd, take off your vest and then you bust your eardrums with the awesomeness of ska, then it slows down and you take off your shoes for extra skanking speed, fall off the stage and break the producers leg and let the crowd carry you while you sing....sounds classy to me :D

  • oo yea thats like fucking frank sinatra classy

  • one two!

  • being in this guy's band must've been such a blast

  • ive been thinking of this song for years, but i coudnt remeber the words just the beat, fucking cool to hear it again

  • ska punx seem to be more light hearted nd fun... i think this vid shows that.

  • Ah, the good ol' days....reminds me of some of the best times of my life.

  • @carriedawn903 Same here...reminds me of my best friend who passed...so glad I stumbled across this!

  • i like how they used clips of this vid on tony hawk's video game for the school mission while "superman" played...

  • What clips did they use it in?

  • @RideTheLightning8 this video was used in tony hawk's pro skater for the PS1 for the school level toward the empty pool area. instead of this song playing, it was "superman".
