How long did it take you to get your back this flexible. From what age did you start and how long with training did it take you to get your back this flexible? How often do you train?
you need to work your back strengh so you can hold your feet in front of your face and then do it a million times everyday and try to put your feet on the ground, there is no way to explain this, i think your gonna have to figure it out by yourself. you'll see its not that hard :)
you just have to train backbending a lot with you have your splits flexibility good then just do like one or twice a day oversplits and then focus the all stretching on your back. it knd of worked (and my oversplits are still good so you can try) thanks *

it hurts a lot when i try to push it very hard but as much as you do as much you get better and the pain will go away with time
