OMG, your work is inspiring, I also got this camera, but am nowhere close to where you are at. Can you tell me the aperture, shutter speed, and other settings used for the closeup pic at 0:18?
Also, do you have any idea how to disable the lens reset when the camera is turned off (the mechanical sound is annoying, and I heard it could damage the lens' gear)?

I bought the E-520 yesterday. The battery is now fully charged so I'm heading out to take my 1st pics with it. It's my 1st DSLR camera. I'm relieved to see your positive comments about the E-520. It took me a long time to decide which camera to get. Looks like I made the right choice seeing what you've been able to do just after owning it for 2 months.
I also have the same camera, you can see my photos on Flickr, just type 'harrypwt' on serach box. most of my photos taken by this 2 months old camera. E-520 is really a good one.

the e-520 is an excellent entry level camera that has many customizable settings and can actually be used for professional work in the right hands.

ya I really love mine! It's great for a beginner but you can also do a LOT of stuff with it. So far my photos have turned out wonderful!
