The beasts who murder, rape ans maim, should not recieve 22 years in prison, they should not recieve 29 years in prison, or 15 years. They should automaticaly recieve the death penalty. once it's established who did what, the purpetrator should be put to death, as slowly, but in as timely a fashion as possible. Once this happens, we will have a lot less of these monsters preying on innocents.

On May 17th, 1996, Brett Tyler, aged 31 and Timothy Morss, aged 33, were sentenced to life in prison for the crime.
Another tragic case is that of 8 years old Jamie Lavis, murdered in Stockport, England, on Monday, May 5th, 1997. Bus driver Darren Vickers was convicted of grooming; seducing and murdering the boy in woods alongside the River Goyt at Reddish Vale and then dismembering the boy's body. In court, the prosecution said that there was no evidence, either direct or forensic, to link Vickers to the crime. But somehow, the jury found him guilty. So if he is innocent, who really did kill Jamie and why?
I lived in the same village as Thomas Marshall & I went to school with him. All I can say to you is, don't believe everything you read in the papers. Kevan Roberts (the man who murdered Thomas) knew he would be sent down & he took Thomas's reputation with him.
The case of 12 years old Thomas Marshall is an odd one. Going by press reports of the trial, he had allowed Kevan Roberts to molest him in return for cigarettes; money and drugs. But he kept threatening to go to the police and expose their illegal relationshipperhaps because it gave him a sense of power over Roberts. If he hadnt done that, hed be alive today, because Roberts finally snapped and murdered the boy to make sure he'd never tell the police.
