@Captain804 been there a million times. my advice would be to go engineer if you are going all lav on matches. repair it yourself, or blow up the enemy with rockets

When you unlock the AFDSXKJHF (the LAV unlock with a lot of letters) use it, so much better than the missile launcher.

You don't have to worry about water in the LAV it is amphibious (or at least the american one is) you can even drive it into the Seine on Seine Crossing though getting it out of the river proves to be problematic.
