  • Hello I've been on Tysabri for 3yrs now and like you it has done wonders for me. I used to walk on a cane, but after 2 infusions I was able to put it away! it's nice to see that it has helped someone else.

  • AWESOME! Yes, it is NICE to know someone has a similar story/experience!

  • Ho, hum. U know. Still tryin to get that nut! I'm still working, still driving. Having a hard time walking now - use a walker so that folks can see my problem and not knock me over if I'm using a cane. It's hard. I've been on all the inter and copx and my MS just keeps going. My sisters want me to move back home (Calif) but I just don't want to. Trying to get one of them to move out here. We'll see.

  • Yes, absolutely it is hard. When I was in a wheelchair people would cut in front of me in line at times.

    Tysabri has been a wonderdrug for me. Walking...no crutches...no chair...and I go about 2 miles a day. :)

  • Thanks so much for your videos! I've had ms now for over 30 years now. Live in Texas. And alone. Doctor recommending Tysabri now and I've been hesitant. But once I heard you and found your recent posts, I'm starting to feel a little better. I see the doc next wed, 9/9. Thanks again.

  • You are very much welcome! Wow...30 years! How are you doing?

  • good you are doind better so how are you doing now does tysabari make you sick thanks

  • I am doing well. Thanks! Look for an update on YouTube real soon.

Tysabri DOESN'T make me sick at all!

  • Dude Thank you so much for posting that. It made me cry. You helped me make the deccision to go on tysabri. Thank you! molly

  • You're welcome Molly! I hope Tysabri does for you what it did for me (even better!)

  • WOW! That's cool. I wanna walk that way - an inspiration. Thank you for posting this vid, and keep walkin'!

  • Hi Vern,

Very impressed by your recovery. A couple of questions - Can you take other drugs while on Ty, eg 4AP? - How long was it between deciding on Ty and the 1st infusion? Thanks

  • No...Tysabri is a monotherapy, meaning I can only take Tysabri. In fact I have to sign papers every month indicating that I am not taking any other MS drugs.

I was going to get my first Tysabri infusion when the FDA pulled the drug from the market a few years back. When it came back on the market last fall I was already signup to receive.

  • Very good to see, heart-warming.

  • Thanks, Vern...your story is inspiring.
