Very interesting. I've seen a few UFO's around Stoke over the years but non were green. The whole sky glowed bright green one night though for quite a while. That was spooky cos there was a power cut at the same time, after a very loud bang. (about 1975).

Can't be a star because stars don't descend, they are far away in outerspace and when you look at the stars you are looking at an image that is so many years old. UFOs have pulsating lights because they are on fire. They glow with white heat because they need to be hot because the temperatures in outerspace is below freezing.

It is probably Antares - a star. When is is low to the horizon our atmosphere causes it to appear to be pulsating. When I looked at it tonight (low on horizon in August sky in Madison, WI) it looked like a disco ball! The change in place is due to different day/time - different location in sky.

I too have seen these lights in the sky here in oregon! we should post ALL sightings even if they aren't great! Don't be dicouraged, keep filming your sky, we will all see them eventually. I have a tripod that I keep with me...that seems to help..

I saw it in Croatia twice this summer, never before in my life. Orange-bright lights traveling pretty fast. 21.07. & 09.08 was dates, detailed describe on channel, unfortunately no videos of my sights :/ but many same sights as mine around the world, many of them last 2,3 months. i saw a strange green light very similar to this one on the north yorkshire moors around the 8/9th of august 2008. It moved very slowly across the sky getting brighter and brighter as if it was charging up the it started zipping about the sky. I never beleived in anything extra torrestrial until then, now ive seen this! im fuckin creeped out, no shit. please reply mate!!!

Hi m8, I never thought that I wud c this UFO but I witnessed it a 2nd time. First i thought it was a bright star but it moved slowly and the 2nd sightin it was at a different place in the sky. its defo not a satelitte or meteor. It gets brighter and brighter then disappears then comes bk. Its freaked me out 2, no shit!! Check out other vid's, when I first looked they appear to be all over the world, thats sum freaky shit!!!

Its to long to explain now chap, but it happened on 30/10/7 in wellington, hereford,UK. Very spooky and unexpected when it happened. We were just driving through at about 9.20pm on a stary clear night when we watched this black triangle floating out of a farmyard and float off over the trees. it was accompanied by white/blue lights scanning the nearby fields too. i rang the cops but they were a waste of time as usual. We trird to chase the triangle in the car. I was spooked but my m8 went lo....
