The key with hoop dance is u learn a few moves, u get the mechanics down to start, then u do all moves u know as much as possible so u can smooth em out and be able to do moves at different rythyms and with different body postures more or less freestyle dance
Depending on how much they practice, i'd say it probably took about 2-4 months to get comfortable & good with all those moves. I practice alot & it took me about 2 months.
