The rest are essentially reiterations of Many Pieces Isaac; Headless Isaac; or Isaac, You May Want to Go Get Your Torso, I Saw It Over There (Limbs Optional); with the occasional Whole But Dead Anyways Isaac. And one case of Isaac, Most of You Is Being Digested, But There's Your Butt if You Want It Back. There needed to be more Isaac, So You Want to Be a Necromorph deaths.

You missed one. There's a second version of the giant tentacle where Isaac grabs the edge of the hole and the tentacle lets go. Isaac gets up and stares in awe at the hole, marveling at his luck, just as the tentacle comes back to grab him in the face and pull him in.
