@99otknaruto I can't quite explain but in the earlier episodes where Ichigo is trying to regain his Soul Reaper powers. He had a certain amount of time to do it and it took him longer than expected. If time had ran out, Ichigo would have become an hollow, but in a nick-of-time, he made it causing him to make a partial hollow within him.
