@Alexbroooo Yo dude this is a UI Mod called "SpartanUI", you can download it from wowcurse.com, install like any addon mod, however i suggest you turn off certain aspects, like the afk camera spin and film grain textures, also if you play a Druid Rogue or Paladin the specific aspects like "Combo points" or "Holy Power" dont show up, i use a mod called "Icehud" which is the blue and green bar u see in the middle for that, also i dont use standard wow or SpartanUI's Party frames or raid, use Vuhdo
