I really couldn't care less on what console I have they're both great systems, but the biggest reason on why I bought an xbox is because all of my friends have one, so I could play with them, also my uncle has a shitload of games, so instead of buying games, I just aask for them and he lets me borrow them, otherwise I probably would've went with the PS3. If only Sony and Microsoft would go together then you would have one fucking amazing console.

my opinion, ps3's only break or fuk up coz peopl;e aint got clue about where is the most sutible place to put it, wht the fuk would you put it in a tight space anyway, iv add my ps3 almost a year now n iv add not overheatin problems or battery malfuntions or w/e, coz i put it in a decent place where it gets ventelated properly, sure its a dust magnet i av to admit but keep it clean and ur and put it in a sutible place and ur laffin at the others that dnt! simple lol

I had the same thing happen with the first PS3 I bought. Took it back got a new one and havent looked back. PS3 is just better quality then the 360. The games may not be there yet but give it time.

do the following: Unplug all cords, wait 10 minutes, plug them back in.

I dunno if u can do this with PS3, I have 360 and wii, but if you can, format your hard drive and start from scratch.

Contact sony first, because i may be wrong, but, i know its painfull to see a console go kapoot for no obvious reason....

The only other explanation I have is that you have too many things plugged into the wall/power bar you use and it cuts out the power it needs to boot up.

All wrong, red is when the ps3 is not turned on but on standbye, and you have pressed facking hard on the power button cause its shutting of when you turn it on, so its your own fault, and the wii is for childrens and pedo's
