@CoreyTa22 each character has two fatalities.one of the two involves holding up a body part to show the player/audience. the demo only allowed one fatality for each of the 4 playable characters. everyone shares the same stage fatality, and each stage has a stage fatality.

SF's button layout is flawed, that thing with the "super move" where the beam fills 2/3 of the screen is just retarded and it's better to have a block button than just holding back. I don't knock SF fans (except Mr. Kelly Bundy over there), just giving my opinion...

It would be cheap if it was just subzero's whole body is dissolved in the lava without torturing him first. But yes, after his face gets burned, cyrax should throw his whole body into it after a brief few seconds after that clip

Ehm...I like Mortal Kombat too, but it has never been even close to SF in quality. Both the combo system and how you do tricks is inferior.

Its a reason SF is such a popular tournament game, and MK is not. Its not meant for pro competetive play. More of a smash-for-fun type of game.

@DionLaurent1 i never been a fan of the 3D Mk games, and even tho this game is a 2.5 2D plane, its still uses the same funky engine as the past 3D MK games, and not only is the Announcer voice horrible, but all the cool sound voices and effects from the past 2D Mk games are gone. And if you listen closely, they are using the same sound effects from the other 3D Mk games. The game is just horrible IMO, 2D Mk games, the original ones and Mugen ones are always the best.

Though the old games are great, they had flaws. Not downing the old school, but there certainly was room for improvement. What would you have them do? Go back to their first way of development? I think not. They're not called classics for nothing. Get with the times. Rather than wallow in the past.
