  • Love Dog Soldiers, didn't even know these figures existed, followed a link from your Creeper video. Damn you Spot for giving me more figures to buy :)

  • can i have one of the werewolves because iv'e been searching for years for one and it looks awesome and i need one for my werewolf collection pleas??????

  • This is a great figure to own, it would go great with the mcfarlane military figures to create a human vs werewolf war.

  • so i'm guessing mcfarlene toys are the best?

  • I live in Australia and Dog Soldiers was advertised on TV often before and during it's cinema release. I have it on DVD. If your willing and this is a big ask. If you still have the brown Werewolf in packing. Would you sell it? I never saw it in any stores in Australia. If your willing and for a reasonable price. I'll buy it.

As for series 4. I managed to pick up the Creeper from Jeepers Creepers 2. I paid $10 AUS for it, very happy.

Let me know if you want to part with it, thanks.

  • Did they ever make a series 4 because I really want a re-animator?

  • yeah and i got all of series4 :)

  • This is one of my fav under rated movies... Poolhall Junkies and The Salton Sea are 2 others

  • dog soldiers is my favorite werewolf movie, the action figure of him was pretty cool ... the review was spectacular, like all other ...

  • Great review, i love the movie i made a video of these figures a while back, dig deep into my vids and you will find it, i think you will like it dude.

  • i have the movie on dvd and i loved it and i do like the brown one better and if you live in north carolina can you send me the brown one

  • I loved the movie, it was like watching Predator but with werewolves.

  • lol..it`s not foreign it`s british...

  • good review man, id like to collect one of these figueres

  • another excellent review

  • I saw the movie, mainly because I liked the action figure and all I can say is it was really bad. A true B movie. Seeing a guy having his intestines stuffed back into his body and then out running a werewolf is just WRONG, though not as wrong as seeing someone going Mohamed Ali on a werewolf.

I can only imagine they wanted the movie to be a bit funny, but I think all the stupid stuff hurt what could have been a pretty good werewolf movie.

On the flip side the werewolf figure is AWESOME!

  • how big is he ??

  • come on the werewolfs adleast free

  • you r so lucky 2 have so many figures man. i jealous

  • the guy how was soap in in that

  • Only thing I liked in van Helsing was the red head vampire :D

If you've seen Underworld, that is a way better movie, better acting and very little cgi!

  • I imagined that it would be hard to take off the head and switch it other........I wasn't disappointed lol

  • Dog Soldiers is the best werewolf movie since American Werewolf in London

  • i have seeine it man and its so cool

  • This movie was on TV the other day and it was really good, not the best movie but is really fun to watch and very entertaining! definately one of the best wereolf movies imo! ive had my eye on this figure for a while now and i think i may just finally pick it up now!

    Great review, figure looks amazing!

  • if u have it can u plz review the mummy figure by sota toys

  • @666freddykrueger555 what is wrong with you people, the poor guy's opening and reviewing the stuff he's bought with his own money and you think he's a fucking store where you can just say ok you've done this now review this now review that, how about you go and fucking buy him a mummy figure or better yet but me one and I'll review him, you guys just think this guy has an endless supply of stuff to review...you just don't get it, why not give him a fucking break!!

  • @taulkis if u read my comment properly i said (if u have him) not go out and buy him

  • @666freddykrueger555 dont mind taulkis man...he just wants to be the hero of the day :)

  • i'd buy him

  • im surprised u finally reviewed this figure.....very awesome! i super like!! :D now pls review some spawn figures if u can...thnx bro!

  • @Vallhalla sorry for being a dick ReviewSpot but these guys are complete idiots, they start their comments always the same way..good work, great job on the review...now do this, now do that, how about just be happy that this guy is reviewing his collection, if it was me I'd be reviewing whatever I want and I wouldn't be listening to guys with your little demands, if you want him to review spawn stuff why don't you offer to buy some for him and he'd review them, or review them yourself...geeze!

  • @taulkis am i talking to u? even mr spot himself before asked the fans/watchers wat we wanted to see...we were supporting his channel from day 1....i wus asking him nicely if he cud do spawn thats it..and now u made a big deal...and if he didnt want to review them its fine with me..taulkis u dont have to bitch about man....so just go inside ur room and cry about it....

  • @taulkis and im sure reviewers loves to hear from us fans wat we want or wat not...

  • That sounds like a really bad ass movie. I might have to check it out now. Great review. That figure looks amazing.

  • I only sw this once...but i realy did like the storyling. But why bullets cant kill em or EVEN stun them is astrordinary.

  • thats alot of pubes

    GREAT REVIEW(S)

  • it would be awsome if they made figures for the movie slither ! great vid as usual

  • Very cool looking figure and Werewolf! I haven't seen the movie but I will for sure! Thanks!

  • Proof Brits can make some good films.

Polarizing reviews but I enjoyed it.

  • Loved Dog Soldiers, the Werewolves are by far the best i've ever seen in any other werewolf movie.

They're so awesome. I think the darkness in the movie is good, because it brings a really feaky atmosphere to the forest. Cuz like u said the more u see them less scary it will be for the audience.

I need those figures i'm a big Werewolf fan myself lol

  • reviewspot did you ever hear about the sequel called i believe dog soldiers blood ties i guess it was supposed to come out this year but never really got of the ground, all we got was a poster

  • ive seen that movie gloomy and dark but its not a low budget its great.

  • @swordfishjon the film is completely low budget and that`s why there`s no CGI and it`s not very well known. The director Neil Marshall went on to direct The Descent which is great and Doomsday which isn`t so great.

  • It's a cool looking figure but too much like a statue for me. Much prefer the Doctor Who werewolf which is probably the same size, very similar looking but fully articulated.

  • Did you say they made a "Tremors" figure?

  • I've never seen the movie. I should check it out when I have a chance. Anyway this review was great! Keep it up.

  • its a good werewolf movie. nothing to bad about it. yeah the non cg stuff its really nice. i think the grey one was the chick the led the soldiers to the house. and yeah thats the funny thing that they bring the pac aspect from the wolf. grate figure over all

  • they dont have accents in that movie do they??

  • hey spot...did this figure just come out or its out of production?

  • You Skipped series 2, you gotta do series 2.

  • @retronightmare how about no he doesn't, how about you go and buy series 2 yourself!

  • @taulkis Ok, he doesn't wanna hear my comments? So ill watch other peoples reviews.

  • @retronightmare because someone else made comments to you?, suit yourself

  • I want a Meg Mugglebones :(

  • Cool review dude as always. It is a great statue style figure, nice paint work too.

I hope you continue doing more about now playing series, see ya.

  • Nice! You've got both versions!

Yeah Dog Soldiers is a real gem of a movie. I felt that at times the movie tried to be too funny. But the creature effects were amazing and overall the movie pretty much delivered on every level. I just recently watched The Wolfman remake and it made me miss Dog Soldiers even more.

Too bad we never got a sequel. Although it's probably for the best.

    Cool review!

  • @Possujuhla just in case you were interested there were two sequals planned and they both got cancled thank god 'cos the storylines were aweful

  • kewl review..

  • i see it on sify all the time

  • Also, it's worth mentioning that the director of Dog Soldiers went on to do the much more appreciated "The Descent" which features an all-female cast who go spelunking and end up fighting some Gollum-esque cave creatures. It's very similar to Dog Soldiers in many regards but also widely liked for its subtexts and, later on, character development.

  • Unknown? Oo It makes like every werewolf movie top 10 list =p It was originally a UK title that was picked up by Syfy in the US as a SFO (when I saw it). Although I liked it, I thought the camera-work was terrible and the story was so-so. The werewolf designs were top-notch, though. I think the gray one is nicer, too. Van Helsing sucked more for its nonsense story than the CGI. Very solid sculpt on this guy, but very limited poseability which hinders doing a full set of them together.

  • 8:52 pointed at genatalia and measured it across at 8:46,lol

  • great review.

  • I wouldn't be surprised if someone tried to do another "monster mash-up" movie similar to "Van Helsing." If someone does, hopefully they won't let the movie suffer from "CG Overload." If you watch movies like "Trick r' Treat" or even Tim Burton's "Sleepy Hollow", they use a good balance of animatronic effects and CG effects to the point where CG isn't overkill.

  • I do think movies nowadays should really tone it down on the CG effects. If you look back on the movies made in the 80's, for example, you knew that the stuff they did in those films were actual, physical things that were meant to be shot in front of the camera. With movies that have CG effects, you know that all the stuff that happens in the movie only exists inside a computer.

  • Sadly Series 4 was cancelled

  • A great flic . The grey seems to "pop" more . nice reveiw .

  • Hahaha you broke the pegs. Man watching these videos is really fun. See I don't have much room for toys so seeing your reviews helps satiate my to cravens.

  • Awesome

  • They pre-peg the figure? Well, that was a bad call on part. I think wolf charaters like this is soooo much cooler than any more modern day take on the werewolf!

  • @TheReviewRevolution Yeah nowadays it's all about lame Twilight werewolves. Twilight has violated the aura of Werewolves & Vampires. It's a damn shame.

  • Comment removed

  • yes it was a great movie... athough its alittle dark!!

  • @cybololz yeah that was the one problem with the movie, at times a bit too dark to make out what was going on

  • @TheReviewSpot I think werewolves are awsome! So should I watch this movie?

  • @MustyMarkus1 absolutely its a great movie, the special effects are top notch and you don't see too much of the monsters to the point where they look fake, you should really watch it

  • @TheReviewSpot That sounds cool! I hope I can find it somewhere! Btw you should do movie reviews! You dont have to but it would be fun to watch and see your opinion of Rob Zombies halloween for example!

  • @TheReviewSpot Thanks for recomending the movie spot. (I am MustyMarkus. TRUST ME.)

  • @cybololz Alien VS Predator 2 was like that but this film had a way better story acting, most everything.
