haha I thought the same thing, that it wasn't check. The thing that is misleading is after the guy is in check, he goes to move his pawn instead of his king...

@Interstate08 Um u dont have to move ur king when u are checked, he just moved the pawn in the Queens way so it would attack the pawn istead of the kind thus blocking the check?

I thought the same thing, but if you really look at it, you are mistaking the pawn as the position of the King. The King is behind the pawn on a white square.
