Hi There firstly can I say how informative this video is so Thank You for posting it, I am looking to set up a rosette making business could I ask you where you got your metal discs from? did you have them specially mad or are they available to buy?

So I tried searching for the Sher Fabrics in NY but nothing came of it :( I'd LOVE to have some of this pleated Ribbon! Seems like it would be sold some where in the US :( I make a ton of ribbons myself for 4H because there just isn't funding to buy them. *GAH* possibly I'll just have to order some from you guys, would be a long way for shipping though lol

The ribbon is pleated on a pleating machine. We sell this in the UK. I believe that a company called Sher Fabrics in NY sell pleated ribbon in the US>

The backing disck is just a cardboard circle.
