Although, honestly, you can follow nearly any makeup guru and just adapt it to yourself. Usually, eye tutorials will translate pretty universally as long as you know how to work with your eye. Use what you have and like. Try something new. Be inspired. Have fun - it's makeup. you can always wash it off.

If you mean a base then there are quite a few, I use Urban Decay Primer Potion and xteeener mostly uses Too Faced Shadow Insurance, they seem to be the most popular.

Or do you mean like a finishing product once you've put your makeup on - the equivalent of hairspray for the eyes (if you see what I mean!), because I've been wondering that myself, if anyone knows of a specific product, please help?

sephora sells a product that i use that works pretty well just dont spray it directly on your face, spray a cloud and then walk through it a couple of times. i cant seem to remember what it is called =/ either by sephora brand or make up forever.
