The slave who should be loved more than our most beloved relatives and family, and who should be dearest to all the Muslims more than anything else! The person who wrote this qaseeda is the lover of Nabi(saw), so you should better watch! Shirk is a pretty clear.

Its not shirk to have intense love for Rasul ALLAH(Sal ALLAH hu alayhe wasallam),Subhan ALLAH...thats wrong assumption of many a brelvi/sufi people that we dont love beloved Nabi(sal ALLAH hu alayhe wasallam) but it becomes shirk when people exaggerate his (sal ALLAH hu alayhe wasallam)'s praise and enters into the folds of shirk from which our beloved Nabi(sal ALLAH hu alayhe wasallam) warned the Ummah:

The person who is reciting this qasida is Mushtaq Attrari he passed away in 2001. I heard his voice after such a long time. I am sure you are sill getting rewards for the wounder full recitation of Quran , naat and hummad that you left behind in this life.

its from deenislam website. u can go and check out the hadeeth on it. i dont know how much you about qasida burda al-shareef. this is imam busri's qasida burda. any poem hyme is called qasida. so i would recommend u to check into what u r talkign about. u sound confused.
