Figure skating is about precision, harmony and grace. your fakie trick just looks dirty - as in its not graceful... you can do fakie1800, double-backflip and something like those, doesn't mean that you will win shit... its not an extreme sport just yet... wait a few years.

well everyone is entitled to their opinion about people. I just think that there is no need to mock people. We all have one likeness we love to skate so would it not be better to all work together instead of mocking other skaters. Maybe u can learn things from him and he can perhaps learn from u. that way everyone gets better therefore raising the standards of our sport and making it more interesting and challenging.I think ur a great skater but so is dan perceval good luck with the skating.

He is inventing stupid rules off the his head, I mean come on, are they going to get out a protractor in competitions and measure peoples arm positions. no, im nothing to do with Prolite (Dan Perceval) thank god, and i get a quater inch grind on my skates, which wears down quickly but you can stop straight away.

Nah saturday morning is full of little kids, plus i play hockey on saturday from 8.30-9.30 then i have to get home, showered and to work for 1 so i can never hang around for the public skating, if you want to learn tricks etc come down monday night. After around 9.45 we get the ice to ourselves for 15mins which is when we are allowed to film big stuff.
If you can land it once ... you can do it a million times again =]
I finally pulled a 360 heelgrab last night it was pritty awsome, its just a bummer cuz if i tried jumping into the wall ild probly get kicked out the rink =[
also its really cool to see how good people are from all around the world...( Australia )
who knows, mabee in the upcoming years it might be a new winter sport.. :D
NiveK, landing a difficult jump once doesn't mean someone can do it all the time. It takes practice to make something consistent, and that goes with any trick, or footwork sequence, etc. Congrads on your heelgrab. You should get a video of it.
Xtreme Ice Skating already is a sport. It's a growing sport. It's also meant to be done all year round, not just the winter. That's why I teach in the summer.

Thank you for your comments. Even though you are far away, you can still learn Xtreme Ice Skating by requesting a tutorial. I'll be doing another tutorial in 3 weeks from now. Also, any one else who wants to learn something in particular... except the 720, lol.

Stick some grinding plates on your skates and try grind some stuff... that would be a HUGE step up for xtreme skating, also nice stuff, i can see improvment since the last videos =]
