Wow this is so intense. I made it to the 2 circuit and only did 2 sets, didn't make it to the 3rd set yet. I am going to have to work on that but really this is a awesome workout for your whole body with no weight just your body weight. You can feel it on your thigh muscles everywhere calves, abdominal area especially when doing the dragon Skulls! Hope you make another "Beat Me Down" video real soon. Keep up the good work Scott.

Hi Scott I'm 21 and I weigh 103 lbs. I just started going to the gym to get toned and work on my muscle weight. I don't want to be overly muscular since I am quite small but I do want my calves and hamstrings to get bigger. I just don't know what type of protein shake things to get. I currently eat around 1620 calories (no fast food just healthy types of food) a day but I have yet to gain any weight please help!

Of course that could be hard with your level of fitness. A live training battle would be best, but probably you will find one in the SHF community? With proper cutting you could create a nice show. One thing, near the end you end up becoming back lit by the ceiling lights. You may want to see if there is a way to set your camera to one exposure setting and keep it there so you are well lit and not a silhouette. Otherwise, great video!
Scott, I'm a ardent follower of your videos but have to say this...the camera work on this video is shoddy.. ideally I would like the person working out to be in the frame entirely... for some of the exercises thats not the case. I don't know if you agree with me but thats what I fell.
How about the prison knees, were you intentionally doing them a different way the first time (crossed) vs the secend and third time (one sided)? Seems to work both ways... =)
@ChidoriAnbu THIS ISNT A BOXING VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!!!... the movement is more for intensity and working the core... just like in those "cardio kickboxing" classes... everyone in there has shit form... because they are not fighting.. just moving to exercise :-P
@ChidoriAnbu and you do? Scotty has never done these exact exercises before. Trust me it'ds hard when you switch stance every rep. Scotty does well considering he probably hasn't done MMA training in years. What he does do correctly is he uses his core through most of his punches.

You need a more interesting/engaging trainer. He was pretty flippin' boring. And it'd help to have the exercise you're doing labeled on the video at the beginning of the phase, like in your other videos (which are phenomenal). Other then that, great idea, great workout. Looking forward to future episodes.

its such a killer workout i done the 300 spartan workout its very like this and i thought i was fit untili done the workout . i got sick every time i done it :P. Im not scared of to many things but that workout scares me :D
Great concept, but definitely needs some tweaking. First of all - the obvious - the cameraman/angles/lighting... Secondly, if you're to stay with the same personal trainer (who in my opinion was dull, lax, and indifferent), you should think in getting him a mic and getting him to clearly define the exercise, especially its target concepts. And for my last tidbit, get some background music rolling which you can fade in and out throughout your clip. Overall, good job. Keep up the good work.

buy the ll cool j platinum workout book its like this but with heavey weight real good circuits try it scott the platinum workout it feels great not muscle and size its muscle strength but with fat lose it great

You need a more interesting/engaging trainer. He was pretty flippin' boring. And it'd help to have the exercise you're doing labeled on the video at the beginning of the phase, like in your other videos (which are phenomenal). Other then that, great idea, great workout. Looking forward to future episodes.

its such a killer workout i done the 300 spartan workout its very like this and i thought i was fit untili done the workout . i got sick every time i done it :P. Im not scared of to many things but that workout scares me :D

Great concept, but definitely needs some tweaking. First of all - the obvious - the cameraman/angles/lighting... Secondly, if you're to stay with the same personal trainer (who in my opinion was dull, lax, and indifferent), you should think in getting him a mic and getting him to clearly define the exercise, especially its target concepts. And for my last tidbit, get some background music rolling which you can fade in and out throughout your clip. Overall, good job. Keep up the good work.
