It popped in my head today to think about doing BodyFlex again... which was the older version of Shapely Secrets I got over 8 years ago... I was a teenager back then and I gotta say that IT REALLY WORKS!... no matter how silly this workout looks... you gotta try it to believe it! I'm gonna start again!

No matter how much fun people make when watching those exercises, this workout is the most effective thing you could ever try , and the results are great . I ve tried it , it works even with lazy people , doesn't take much time and you just enjoy watching ur problem areas melt away ! Just for curiosity try 10 basic exercises for a week (20 min a day at max ) and you decide for urself whether its effective or not !

Has anyone tried this? Does it work? What year was this video made, anybody know? She had an earlier version called Body Flex back in the early 90's.
