  • i wanted to see him up is hershey but the cheapest tickets were $80 bucks a piece and i didnt have the cash, for shame...

  • People create tv-show looking for The X-factor. It was here all along! Buddy Guy, Johnny Lee Hooker and B.B King, all got the X-factor.

  • Nobody plays like this man...genuis.....

  • BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  • Have mercy!

  • buddy guy is in his 60s here i think.... its fuckin amazing.... the power he still holds on the guitar and in his over all disposition as a performer.... he stands out as a true example of LONGEVITY......

  • you fool, he's playing is just as perfect as his singing - you just didn t get it

  • his play is just horrible but his song is excellent:)

  • Supra if Buddy lost either one of his hands he would still be one of the best. Have seen him play better with one hand than most with two. Would guess you aint never had the blues.

  • @supralee bet you can do it better

  • @supralee

    fight me

  • @TurtleRocker12 fighting is just way to be happy and became close friends:)

  • I love Buddy and his false notes (it's blues like I love).

Is it not a song composed by John Lee HOOKER ?

  • It is a song composed by HOOKER !!!

  • This Guy is a genius ! Best gig I seen EVER, some years ago in Paris, en la salle du Trabendo. How can so much feeling fit in one human body... and soul ?

I should have seen this before posting mi version of Crawling King Snake at the Ukulele lol. Thanks for this gift.

  • Whoa...

I was writing a comment when the song changed.

    DamnRight!

  • Sing it Buddy do it son! Hes got the magic.

  • nice!

  • Dear old Buddy has a semblance to frank Zappa : his cutting tone, unique phraising, humour & mastery. Makes it look easy! I never saw zappa live so i dont know what energy he had, Buddy is a whirlwind on stage.

  • I have an album called "alone and acoustic." it's BG and Junior Wells, it's acoustic guitar and harmonica, highly recommend that one. Also BG has one called Blues Singer, it has some drums and bass, but it's primarily acousitc. Awesome record!!!

  • Get the album "Sweet Tea". It's brilliant.

  • Sweet Tea is a fucking amazing album.

  • He did an acoustic album with the Jr's of the Blues. (Wells and Mance) in the early 70's. I think its called Buddy and the Jr.s' if you like this , check that out!!!!!

  • I just stumbled across this video and became an instant fan. Awesome stuff.
