  • A MASTERPIECE.

    Awesome.

Cant hold tears - Instant snot melter.

  • @nimzdeiw Thank you! :)

  • well , every time that i can see your video, is a great moment of restart my soul

  • @thespiritoftheligth Wow. I'm so glad to hear that :)

  • EXCELLENT scoring!

  • @GenotheVIII Thank you! :D

  • Nice work. But, I agree with those who prefer the Stravinsky setting. It seems to fit the music, and the legend, well. That is just a matter of taste. You have done a masterful job of scoring this. Congratulations.

  • @allezach Thank you so much :)

  • Great reinterpretation! Great job, thanks for sharing.

  • @kikefas Thanks ^^

  • Firebird suite is better.

  • is this a movie or something like that?

    i love it.....

  • @thequeenpink1 Yes, the clip is from "Fantasia 2000"

  • ah the piece is just wonderful =) still kind of preferred the original one though, but this is good too =)

  • Oh god... I cry ç_ç

    thanks for sharing ç_ç

  • im guessing the moose is kinda like her father...?

  • Also

    Well Done!

You must have a good ear for music!

  • 2:35 = heLLo LuNcH...........

also: Why can't I just get a nice zzz once in a while!?!?!? I just want some sleep but NO. NO, my lunch ALWAYS wakes me up.

  • 2:35 = heLLo LuNcH...........

  • I prefer this one, it's much better :D it's so beautiful, everything fits so well.

  • @ShortyThePixieDoodle Thank you so much! :3

  • Great video ^^

  • @LunaticLilou Thank you! :)

  • This arrangement -FITS- better than the fire bird suite.

  • @TheFrolickingFairy Just in some parts :3 Thank you :)

  • @TheFrolickingFairy NOT!!!!

  • If you think it is better you're wrong. And it also shows your miserable knowledge about music philosophy. For example - Disney cartoon was made for music, but here music was made for cartoon (just mixed). And many other aspects. So if you liked this, then you like "Tom and Jerry", "Bags Bunny" and other creatures killing each other without making any sense and where you don't have to ask yourself a question :" Why it is so?"

  • @vladixbass ...What? xD

Liking this has nothing to do with liking those things you said (no, I don't like them). Miserable knowledge on music philosophy? I've been studying music for 11 years, and I know this animation was made FOR the Firebird Suite.

Maybe I'm just stupid because I can't find any logic to your comment.

  • I'm really sorry, I wanted to reply on comment. So it is why it does not make any sense. I forgot about option "reply" so it was posted like independent commentary.

What's about re-scoring. If I wouldn't know original I'd say that this is not bad. But here is situation, where is the original to compare. And copy have to be originally performed. But here is the old variant, where is taken something from one (cartoon) and something from other(music, songs) . Result - beautiful, but senseless.

  • @vladixbass OK, it makes sense now xD

I know what you mean. There is nothing in common between the different tracks I used - it would have been better if they were at least from the same soundtrack. So of course it doesn't work as the original score.

In fact, when I was making this video, I was just thinking about the timing (which I think it turned great at some parts, ex: 1:23 - 1:50) and on the emotions these music trasmited to me. And of course it was made for fun. Nothing serious.

    ;)

  • Wow! Thanks for sharing! :)

  • @Nightshade4711 Thanks for watching :D

  • @AlhambraMusic Absolutely loved it.

  • A powerful and effective re-scoring. Well done. Disney did a fabulous job with the visuals. And James Horner ranks as one of the greatest film composers to date. I doubt that you could find a better score to set this to.

With that said, I still prefer the Stravinsky. The exposition of the final theme in this rendering loses the feeling of utter despair that the video is portraying. i.e. It's too driving too early, with no climax at the end.

People will hate, but Maestro Igor is still the man.

  • @wdmurrell I didn't pretend to it to be better than the original, I just fell in love with these three tracks and had to use them =D This video is very personal, I'd say. For me.

Thank you so much for the comment and for being honest :)

I'm DEFINATLY going to buy the movie.

    Thank you for uploading this.

  • You're welcome, but this is not exactly the original version. You can see the original version on the related videos on the right.

    Thanks, by the way! :D

  • This is one of the most beautiful and touching things I`ve ever seen in my life...

    STONNED

  • Oh :), thanks!

  • This is beautiful. The choise of music was amazing, especially the last part. I only think the second piece of music jumped into it a little to rough. Well, I can't really explain that, but even so, I loved the complete thing.

  • Thank you! :)

  • Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thnx :D

  • Wow. All of it fits the scenarios perfectly. The music is so powerful. The song near the end is 503, isn't it? That's one of my absolute favorite orchastral composals ever.

    Thanks for the great video!

  • Thank you!

The last song is called "Chevaliers de Sangreal", but yes, it's the same theme as "503", Hans Zimmer composed both of them, the first for The Da Vinci Code and the second for Angels & Demons.

    Beautiful, isn't it? :D

  • some of the comments here said about the music was solid..... wHy?? i think the music was very soft and lovely..... until my little sister fell asleep.... hahaha.... anyway, you did the excellent work.... )^_^( what application you used to edit this video?

  • Actually, I must confess that I didn't know what "solid" actually meant, but I thought that it was something positive xD (English isn't my native language). And yes, the first music is more soft but the second and first are more... solid? powerful?

Anyway, I used Sony Vegas 8 and thank you for the comment! ^^

  • you say the second music is solid?? No... the second music is good for that monstrous Firebird... Honestly, My vote is Big Thumb for the last music.. it was great!! your combining skill is good..!! thanks for reply.

  • I love It

  • I'm glad :)

  • That may be so, but I think you missed the symbolism of the piece. She is mother nature; goddess, or whatever, of creation. Volcanoes and snow can be destructive, and they do kill off life- even if it is part of a cycle. Naturally, she would be sad. And in the end, once it was all over, she brought life back- stronger than before.

  • *cough* It's called an elk.

And tell that all to Disney.

  • Agreed with redtitle07.

And I think that the beginning doesn't mean that the snow is bad. I think that the thing is that the snow represents the winter, and the only thing she did was to pass from the winter to the spring.

But, anyway, thanks for the comment. All opinions are welcome ^^ And you said that the music was solid, so I'm happy with that :)

  • OMG! i love thiss !! ooo you made that?

  • Thanks, but I only changed the music (3

  • this sounds a little like titanic

  • It actually is Titanc.

  • thanks i was talkin about the first one. great video

  • wats the name of the song? gracias

  • Which of them? I used three:

0:01 - 1:54 An ocean of memories (from Titanic by James Horner)

1:54 - 4:35 The hand of fate part 1 (from Signs by James Newton-Howard)

And the last one is Chevaliers de sangreal (from The da Vinci code by Hans Zimmer)

    As said in the description...

  • now i know it.... ^^

    thanks...

  • really 5*

  • Oh, :)

  • WOW very beautiful. If you hadn't said anything about you changing the musical score I would have thought it was the music that went with it.

  • Thanks :)

  • this is amazing!

  • Thanks :)

  • OMG this was so beautiful!!! I didn't notice but i acctually sarted to cry^^!! I never really liked fanr´tasia much...but this...this is awsome!!!

  • I'm so happy :) I'm glad you liked it.

  • While the original version had music that synced more acutely with the Firebird section, this re-score honestly provokes more emotion and fits much better.

    Well done! :]

  • Thanks!! :D

  • My friend please tell me what is the name of his movie so I can find it in a store and buy it, because it is so beutiful!

  • It's Fantasia 2000. This is at the end.

  • you made fantasia even more fantastic!!!!

  • Thank you!

  • This is awesome !!!

  • Thank you, I'm glad you liked it ^^

  • beautifully done ^_^

  • Thanks!

  • that was spectacular...absolutely beautiful.

  • Thank you :)

  • Pretty Good i think the song my heart will go on is Good for the video And Mother Nature (Spirte) was the that song from Titanic

  • i call the Fairy Mother Nature

  • jeez I hadn't seen this movie in so long I thought that this was the music to it. This is really good the music matches perfectly.....Great job!

  • Thanks!

  • Wow...There are simply not enough words to say what a fantastic job you did. What an excellent video you chose for this, and the music as well. At the end of it, I was breathless and in tears, and THAT is what an excellent movie expirience is all about. KUDOS!

  • I know I sound repetitive, but thank you!! :)

I never knew this video was going to be so well rated.

And... well, I have to say that if you were breathless and in tears at the end, it's not because of my work. The images, the animation, is really beautiful from my point of view, but the greatest thing of it is the music, isn't it?

I mean, I didn't work very hard for making this video, music did it all by itself.

    Thanks again, anyway :D

  • Jaja! No need to be so modest! Had it not been for your excellent choice in music score then I assure you the expirience would've have not been the same. I'd have to say I found the music you chose far more moving than the original, so kudos on that.:3 In the hands of an amateur the entire vid wouldve been ruined. :)

  • thats song from Titanic

  • Bloody brilliant. Left Goosebumps all over me just listening to it. Really good choice of music & they all go well perfectly with the mood of the vid. =-D

Haven't looked at any of your other vids that you've adapted yet but look forward to with great anticipation. =-)

  • Thank you so much! I haven't adapted any more videos (I didn't have time) but I would like to do others like this. They are fun to make!

  • great u made it better!

  • thanks!

  • that was simply amazing.

    (:

your choice of music is very well done!

  • Thank you ^^

  • beautyfull video and music love titanic, sisel has a nice voice

  • Thanks!

  • love it - 1 part frm titanic but wht 2nd part out off ??

    sound familar ??

    because wanted on my ipode

  • The second song is "the hand of fate part 1" from Signs soundtrack, composed by James Newton-Howard :)

  • HOLY ! it was absolutlly great !

i havent seen some thing like this for a long time ago!

    is there more parts ?

  • Thank you!

No, there aren't more parts actually but I'm looking for the music to re-score other scene of Fantasía. So proably there will be more videos similar to this one soon ^^

  • The scene at 1:19 totally clashes with the music

  • hmm let me see, 1-10? its 11 :)

  • Thank you! :D

  • Can you maybe rescore the Pastoral Symphony scene from the first fantasia. It's the scene with the flying horses and greek mythological stuff

  • Yeah, it's not a bad idea! Perhaps I'll do it :) Thank you for suggesting it.

  • Anytime

  • awesome!

  • Gracias ^^

  • de nada! acabo de descubrir k eres de España como yo XD

  • This is from Fantasia 2000? I never saw it before. That's incredible! The entire thing is intense and inspiring. Thanks for posting it so I could see it. Was that the original scores?

  • No, I changed all the music. It was like an experiment xD

This music is from the films in the description, but the original score of this scene of the film is called "The firebird suite" (the 1919 version) composed by Igor Stravinsky.

You can watch the original version in the first of the related videos on he right.

    It's worth watching.

And thanks for the comment ^^

  • it was amazing

  • thanks!

  • oh and haha in the video i was like :O

    so talented....

actions speak louder than words ^_^

  • Jaw Dropping and Beautiful!! EXCELLENT!!!!

    I LOVED IT! <3333

  • Wow, thank you ^^

  • Excellent. The music fitted so well. Well done. <3

  • Thanks!

  • Beautifully done, the music blended perfectly and matched the animation to a T. Truly excellent work!

  • Thanl you so much! ^^

  • it's so beautiful!!

  • Thanks!

  • cant thee do a ful movie a longmovie a disney classic a love this :)

  • Hehe, thank you :3

  • Oh my... It's so wonderful... I cried at the end :) Fantastic! (5 stars)

  • Aww :]

Yeah, I think the end is the best part... the music is totaly awesome. I had problems for choosing the music for that last part but I think its quite nice :)

    Thank you ^^

  • I agree :) The last part is awesome! You choose music very well for this part. :)

    You're welcome ^^

  • Oh.. and great music! Where it´s from, please?

  • Thank you ^^

No, I'm not an animator, I just took the last scene from the movie Fantasia 2000 and changed the audio with music from different soundtracks.

The music in this video is

0:01 - 1:54 An ocean of memories (from Titanic by James Horner)

1:54 - 4:35 The hand of fate part 1 (from Signs by James Newton-Howard)

And the last one is Chevaliers de sangreal (from The da Vinci code by Hans Zimmer)

I hope this helped you :)

  • Unbelievable..

Is this all from the film? Are you an animator artist?

  • Wow. It's so wonderful.

  • I'm glad you like it ^^ thanks!

  • like a wonderfull dream... i've seen it 3 times already :D

  • Thank you ^^
