  • rhinhearts are nice and sound great !! EXCEPT they only last 2 years !!!!!!!!!!! I have had 3 sets on my 04 RoadKing since I bought....the crack if you got lots of horspower and the baffles will rattle after a while !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • take it out of your garage if you want to show the true sound, any bike sounds good in a box

  • twinkie

  • omg, bikes shaking a lot

  • Hi, absolut nice sound. I have a question. How did you do the remap? Who does that? Dealer?

    Thanks Torsten!

  • @techniker41077

Yes, the dealer has to do the remap.

  • @techniker41077

You don't need to go to the dealer to do the remap. Just get yourself a FuelPak and it will take care of everything. no more dyno. I used it on my bike with Rinehart True Duals with Arlenn Ness Air Filter and FuelPak., no problem at all.

  • music to my ears.

say, are those rino slipons? And if so are you using stock headers?

  • yep, slip ons with the stock headers

  • Awesome.....I have the FLHPI 04 stage 1 and she a screamer/ rumbler.

  • Very nice !

  • Very nice. I remember how excited I was when I finally got my V&H Straight Shots on. It made a world of difference in sound. Ejnoy the ride, man.

  • How does your FI Map compare to the Screamin' Eagle Race Tuner Map. Also, didn't you need to upgrade your Air Flow Filter? Did you do the work yourself?

I Ultra Classic only has 200 miles and once I break it in at 500 miles I want to install Rineharts, Samsons or V&H (slip-on) pipes with the Mapping and Air flow filter and I was quoted by Harley for around $1200.00

  • Man awesome cause I just ordered me some...

  • beatiful sound

  • Great sound- I have an 06 Night Train with a good fuel injected sound. The show room noise was like a sewing machine and they know you got to get a better sound if you have a Harley. Screaming EagleII exhaust helped. I had an 883 with a 1200 kit and straight pipes with a carburator . That was a great sound too especially when you had it wound up and down shifted or at idle too. It sounded better than my Night Train, but I needed a biger framed bike. I enjoy my Night Train. Respectfully, Old ED

  • I know what you mean. I just bought a 2009 night train and was very dissapointed with the sound. I had the 103" with SE slip-ons so I thought it would be nice. I ended up getting Rinehart 2 into 2 crossbacks and they kick ASS. Gotta love Rinehart.

  • I have an '05 FLHPI with the same exhaust set up as you do. Mine sounds different. I wonder why? Is it the 96 CI engine that make the difference?

  • Great sound.. Is it Rhinehart mufflers?

  • yeah, Rhinehart slipons, stock headers, stage 1 intake, injector remap.

  • How much did all of that cost?

  • The pipes were around $600, new FI map was another $125. I was out for less than a grand in total.
