No, he's an intelligent conservative.. Not a neo-conservative as far as I can tell. He beat cannon in his district spending like 1/6th what cannon did. Had unpaid staff, the way it should be. Smart to do it the old fashioned way. And he won by the best margin in Utah out of all the representatives. There is reason behind that.

I have made the effort to get to know him -- to read what he posts on his website, to listen to his speeches -- he's real. Anything he has said or done -- even those things that his opponents have criticized -- have been purely issue related.

I'm quite inpressed with him. Initially I supported Leavitt, but by the time Convention rolled around, Jason was the only one that made sense to me.
