im a local i was there that time, if it was a tornado everyone was running finding a place to hide cause the island is not made for hurican, there has never been a hurican or tornado in Aruba, this is a waterspout, Arubans have already seen this allot in the island, especialy in the month of Nov. / Dec. or April
