That Christmas, Mom surprised me with a cherry finished Story & Clark upright piano :D She explained that she had found out that lately, I had been sneaking into the neighbors house to play their piano. She also explained how I wasn't in any trouble bc they had known the whole time! It was so messed up bc they let me think I was being sneaky! lol well that's how I got into playing the piano. I took to it right away. When playing I feel as free as I did when I use to dance <3. Its wonderful!

At times like these, I really wish I didn't wear so much eye make up.. I don't have a mirror near me but I have a gut feeling that my whole face is dripping with my extra-black mascara <3. That's the price I pay for listening to this amazing music! It flows in to my ears & I play it from memory. The strings of my piano ring loudly as I play the memorized notes. This makes my heart beat faster than ever!<3.

I have always wanted to be a dancer but never had the talent or the feet. But I would watch those pretty ballerinas in the most wonderful costumes. Mom realized my dreams could never take flight so she would take me to ballets. I tried to be one but could never keep up. My feet would give out, fracture, break. Bc off all the time off to let my feet heal, I missed classes.. I got even more behind. I had to quit. My dream died. I was depressed for a while. But my mother had a trick up her sleeve!

I love this song. I quit dance a few years ago. I began to do pointe at 9 years old.. They told me I had a real gift. Got into a car accident and couldn't dance for about 4 months.. and then I just quit. I still do hiphop, but that's it. Oh, how I miss it. This song makes me want to begin dancing again and show everyone my passion.

It's just called Dancing but some people call it So I Just Put My Arms Around You because that that is repeated a few times but really it is just called Dancing.
