Well, you do have Rennac, but unless if you want a better rogue, I understand why you made Colm into one. But personally, I find Colm to be better as an assassin (good speed and skill growths) while Joshua and Marisa are better as Swordmasters.
@Dpaladinx I'd say Marisa works better as an assassin, mainly because of her better skill growths.
Colm's skill growth is 40%, compare that to Marisa whose growth is 55% which means she will likely cap it (30) and has a higher chance of silencers while Colm's on average will be a lot lower, usually around 20 meaning fewer criticals. She also tends to be a bit more frail with lower defence so a one hit kill is a bit more necessary.
@littleryry2005 Yeah, but on map mode those things don't matter I would make colm, joshua, and marisa assassins if they got a critical boost. Here is the difference between Assassins and Rogues Assassins: Silencer Ability to use Shamshir Rogues Can open doors/chests without keys/tools Can't use Shamshir I made Colm an Assassin, and the myrms were premoted to SMs.

I use the money I make in the ruins to boost their stats so rennac/colm are exactly the same, and they got the same stats as an assassin
