As for plastic surgery I don't think that It should be legal. Every person has a set of genes that is expressed by their physical appearance. When you change your physical appearance by such a drastic extent it is an inaccurate depication of your genes. Therefore somebody is attracted to you, it isn't necessarily because your genes are a good match for theirs, but because you had your physical appearance changed to be able to attract a mate more easily.

What's the difference between plastic surgery and the resident wearing make up? Earrings? They equally alter one's appearance to create some sort of impression/perception to others or to oneself.
Plastic surgery is just the same a medium as make up. Surely you should address more the reasons why some people have it done than question if the medium is right, as in your "Roots" video. Sure it's not the safest medium, but that's one's choice. So perhaps address more the causes for such choices/insecurities (e.g. fashion, TV) than stand on a moral high ground of some clichéd topic

I had to do plastic surgery because I live near very hight voltage power lines, doing metal surgery was not safe.

Hey resindent, but what about teeth? I am a tunguethruster, My front to teeth are "not in line" with the others so I feel bad about that. If I close my mouth, they don't show, but I feel uncomfortable when smiling. Should I use braces ?

What have you got against plastic surgery? If someone has hang-ups about their appearance and they want to change the physical feature that is causing them distress, then it should be up to them what they do to themself and you should not look down on them.

Plastic surgery to fix a deformity or perhaps to correct something you got from a car accident or to cover a scar is fine. But messing with your body because you think you are ugly just shows poor self esteem on your part. Nice Sock boobs Btw.. lol.. I kid.

Great video! Your always very funny and sarcastic in your videos (something I love), but I like that you took some time to try talking some sense into the girl with no confidence. More young women need to be educated on that. And boo to the guy that said we need plastic surgery because it would improve the looks of this country. Plastic surgery is not the answer.

What's the difference between plastic surgery and the resident wearing make up? Earrings? They equally alter one's appearance to create some sort of impression/perception to others or to oneself.

Plastic surgery is just the same a medium as make up. Surely you should address more the reasons why some people have it done than question if the medium is right, as in your "Roots" video. Sure it's not the safest medium, but that's one's choice. So perhaps address more the causes for such choices/insecurities (e.g. fashion, TV) than stand on a moral high ground of some clichéd topic

I'm not standing on a moral high ground either by encouraging people to try to feel more confident and not accept plastic surgery so easily. Plastic Surgery is a great technology we have today. NOT for us to take advantage of, but it really benefited to people who was born with deformity or people that had accident such as burns or scars.
People should love themself because, nothing satisfy us, we just keep on wanting it and at the end you will not be perfect, because no one is.
