Really? They do not full know the cause of failure in building 7 but they do know that interior fires were raging uncontrolled in the lower levels. The fires began when the building was penetrated by debris from the collapse of tower 1, which also smashed the plumbing and water supply directly below ground. The building collapsed in the area most subject to the heat. There were large tanks of fuel oil on the 5th floor. Fireproofing on steel will last 2 hours at best.

The fire was burning for more than 2 hours and the water main had been severed. There was no stopping the internal inferno. The steel never "melted". Steel will lose substantial strength when heated just 600 degrees. Also, if the fire completely surrounds an element, the fire proofing is less effective than by design. The steel doesnt melt, but its elasticity and yield strength change drastically. Ever see a sagging steel bridge after a truck fire?

Really? Office fires on 2 or 3 floors took down a 47 story high building?... and then I looked more closely at the twin towers and noticed that explosives is clearly what brought down those buildings. Don't forget about WTC buildings 3, 4, 5 & 6. They were positioned around the base of towers 1 & 2 and DIDN'T collapse (like 7 did) even though 220 stories worth of building just fell on top of them. Why didn't they collapse? Because WTC 1 & 2 were blasted to dust that's why. If WTC 1 & 2 had just collapsed without being blasted to dust, the volume of mass would have crushed 3, 4, 5 & 6. There WAS NO demolition team. They would need WEEKS to plan and rig a job that large. PLus the logistics of getting the materials, plus the permits and the closing off of surrounding streets and not to mention preparing surrounding structures for possible damage from the job. City planners, fire and rescue, police, road and city workers ALL would have had to be IN on a massive cover up. There was NO demolitions.

They do not full know the cause of failure in building 7 but they do know that interior fires were raging uncontrolled in the lower levels. The fires began when the building was penetrated by debris from the collapse of tower 1, which also smashed the plumbing and water supply directly below ground. The building collapsed in the area most subject to the heat. There were large tanks of fuel oil on the 5th floor. Fireproofing on steel will last 2 hours at best.

The fire was burning for more than 2 hours and the water main had been severed. There was no stopping the internal inferno. The steel never "melted". Steel will lose substantial strength when heated just 600 degrees. Also, if the fire completely surrounds an element, the fire proofing is less effective than by design. The steel doesnt melt, but its elasticity and yield strength change drastically. Ever see a sagging steel bridge after a truck fire?

Securacom had a contract for the installation of electronic security measures at the WTC complex. The contract included updates, was open and on going. Securacom had nothing to do with any day to day security operations. Love some of the other videos from Better Bad News, but this sounds like it is from the Karl Rove school of repeat, repeat, repeat until they believe misinformation is true.

bilracer-you need to do some more research on John O'neill. He resigned in the summer of 2001 from the FBI because his multi-year investigations in al-qaeda cells were terminated. He was offered a "job" as chief of security at the wtc and moved into his new office on 9/10/01 and was killed in the attacks the following day. Do you think this was an accident? By the way Marvin Bush was a principal owner in the company in charge of security, regardless of who the chief was.
