Nothing to do with supervision of your kids. Bottom line is that the balaster does not meet basic design requirements. Allows climbing - which is simply not allowed to be installed! Disney have their own self administered building code. They are not subject to normal building codes. Bottom line is that this is a fundemental error in design - it would not be allowed in any multiple story building anywhere in the US nor the rest of the Western world.
That's why you do something called "watching your kids", sir. It's much better than whining about something you don't personally like. If you don't watch your kids, of course they'll get hurt, but it won't just be all the mean ol' parks fault. The fault will be with you, too, for not teaching them that climbing on things like that is bad, and for not watching them more carefully. I could have climbed and fallen off of many things, but did I? No, because my parents watched & taught me not to!
Its called parental guidance of your children. Did your child fall off the tower? No? Because you paid attention to where your kids were. Why does the world have to "child proof" everything?
