How can you even compare Nicolay to 9th Wonder?!? Like someone below me said, Nicolay lays it down so much smoother. Like the songs with someone singing/rapping over them sounds like a smooth joint. And when it's just an instrumental, it sounds like a fuckin smooth ass jazz cd. 9th has some good stuff don't get me wrong, but Nicolay is more diverse in his patterns and overlay.

excatly. Nic is more smooth jazz sample chopping. 9th is older R&B sample chopping. Two completely different styles. But two VERY good producers. I love underground hip-hip.
