  • I noticed the overhead console liner in your truck and wondered where you found it. I'm having trouble locating one for my own truck. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

  • @quig8585 I bought that one with the 4 speakers at LMCtruck.com for about $300

  • @quig8585 i was wheeln with a few of my buddies the other day and we found an 80s gmc truck in and swamp hear in IL. it has alot of good parts like the head liner with speakers hitch tires motors all their looks like a crappy 305 tho. if you live anywear near lockport iL i can get you the head liner it needs alil work but def be cheaper than lmc lol

  • Half hour and she's leakin' oil...A good ol' LEAKTROIT is still the only way to go. Love the series, don't get discouraged, the light is at the end of the tunnel!

  • I thought it was if a detroit wasnt leaking it was out of oil...

  • Looking good, I will have to try that roofing sealer on my project.

  • @militarytrux Thanks man. Hopefully the sealer will work as good as everyone says it will. I dont want to lose to road salt! You have some great old trucks by the way! The older the better as far as im concerned.

  • They would say the same thing about the Land Rover. ¨How do you stop a Land Rover from leaking oil?¨ ¨Don´t put any oil in.¨

    Nice Build by the way.

  • @alexelsam LOL i like that one. Thanks for the comment!

  • I cant wait to see it done.

  • @PissOnJapScrap Thanks man. I have the plow valve and everything done, and the nose back on the truck....you were right about LMC aftermarket panels too....THEY SUCK!

The body lines dont line up worth a shiiiiit....and no amount of shims or tweaking will get it right!

  • @josh216882000 Let me know when you want some OEM parts NO RUST clean parts.

  • if that works for the under coating it would be cool but i would of spent the extra money on rhino line cause that stuff is rock solid
