For people who like me cant watch this because the audio is out of sync with the video. What i did was open 2 youtube pages and muted one video (the one i was gonna watch) and on the second page played the audio. Thus watching the video and hearing the audio " In sync ". i know its hastle but it isnt annoying as fuck hearing audio 2 secs before they say it. If any1 has a better idea i would like to hear it.

@KyleUnwin One way, which I have just tested and is different to how I originally did it :- use Media Player Classic Home Cinema; go into Options, Audio Switcher and make sure Audio Switcher is enabled. Go into Audio Time Shift there and try a value of 1100 ms.
